Frank is the owner of A-Plus Painting and Powerwashing LLC. He is the one that provides the free estimates and is on every jobsite. A-Plus was started is 2013 in an effort to save you money and time when building, renovating and redecorating. We are based in New Haven County but serve all of Connecticut.
